We support this process by making the necessary investments to make our Quality, Social Responsibility and Environmental principles the standard of service, and by following national and international rules with precision in order to protect the rights of our employees.

As an organization that cares about the environment with the awareness of its social responsibilities, it is vital for us to take the necessary measures to minimize our negative effects on the environment during our activities.

Our Company accepts and undertakes to act in the direction of ensuring all the rights of its employees arising from the laws and related standards as well as the Social Compliance Standards while performing the services it provides. At the same time, our company complies with the working principles of our customers with its quality management systems & social compliance department, complies with national and international standards, ILO laws and closely monitors new developments.

The implementation of this policy and ensuring its continuity will be carried out with the following principles:

Management system, transparency and traceability

Our company is responsible for customers and manufacturer, supplier and service providers in a transparent environment in order to cooperate with the policies, procedures, and expect full compliance with the system and executes instructions. Through these policies, it has developed a system that prevents corruption and bribery in all its activities.

Prevention of Child Labor

Our company adheres to the minimum age provisions of national and international applicable laws and regulations. The use of child labor is prohibited at our company and all sub-manufacturers, suppliers and service providers we work with. We strongly oppose child exploitation.

Special Protection for Young Workers

Our company ensures that young employees do not work at night and are protected from unfavorable conditions for their health, safety, moral values and development. By giving importance to ensuring that young workers have access to effective complaint mechanisms and Occupational Health and Safety education systems and programs, the necessary mechanisms have been established to prevent, identify and reduce harm to young workers.

Preventing Uninsured Employment

Our company prevents the employment relations from causing uninsured and social or economic difficulties for its employees. Understandable information to employees about their rights, responsibilities and working conditions, including working hours, pay and payment terms, is provided through orientation training. All rights arising from the employment contract are protected by mutual signature.

Prevention of Debt Bondage

Our company does not resort to any system such as servitude, forced labor, debt bondage, permanent apprenticeship, illegal labor or involuntary labor

Employees are given the right to leave work freely and terminate their employment contracts, provided that they notify the employer at a reasonable time.

Our company has developed procedures to ensure that its employees are not subjected to inhuman or degrading treatment, physical punishment, mental or physical pressure, and/or verbal harassment.

Forced Labor

Our company prohibits all forms of forced labor. All our employees have equal rights in their decision to overwork, and no employee can be forced to overwork. There are absolutely no concessions to repressive and forced labor.

Non-Discrimination

Our company is very sensitive about equality of opportunity and equal rights. There is no discrimination at the stages of employment and placement in terms of pricing, promotion and retirement practices due to religion, language, race, gender, color, nationality or social background, age and disability.

Situations that will cause such discrimination cannot be tolerated by our company.

Decent Working Hours

The normal working time in our company is 45 hours per week as specified in the law.

The normal working time of young workers is 40 hours per week, as specified in the law. Our employees have an uninterrupted 24-hour week break once a week.

Occupational Health and Safety

Our company provides its employees with a healthy, safe and clean working environment. All our machines and equipment are periodically checked and maintained. Our employees are provided with personal protective equipment and free medical services within the company. It monitors the compliance of the working environment with all applicable laws and regulations with an occupational safety specialist. Efforts are being made to minimize the risks in our production area. Occupational health and safety training is provided to all personnel.

The Right to Submit Wishes & Complaints

We have adopted the principle of listening to all complaints of all our employees and finding solutions to them. An open-door policy is adopted. Employees are free to report their requests and complaints through the Wish & Complaint boxes and Employee Representatives.

Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining Rights

Our company undertakes to respect the rights of employees to sign an organization and collective bargaining agreement and to become a member of a trade union.

All our employees are guaranteed the right to form a trade union, to become a member of a trade union and to collective bargaining without discrimination of employees. There is no negative attitude towards workers due to the exercise of such rights.

Representatives of workers can freely perform their representative duties at work.

Disciplinary Practices

All our employees are obliged to treat each other with respect within the framework of business seriousness. Corporal punishment, disciplinary actions that are not in accordance with the law, elements of mental and physical pressure are unacceptable. Disciplinary practices are maintained in accordance with national and international laws, if necessary.

Fair Pay

In our company, our employees are paid at least the minimum wage stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and above this wage. Illegal, unfair deductions cannot be made from salaries. Depending on the legal working hours; overtime, which is carried out to the extent permitted by law, is again regularly paid within the periods stipulated by the same laws.

Wages are paid in national currency on time, regularly and in full.

Protection of the Environment

Compliance with all legal laws and regulations in force related to the environment is ensured.

All of our principles mentioned above also cover our sub-manufacturers and suppliers and are followed periodically within the management system.

Ethical Business Behavior

Our Company will not be involved in any form of bribery, including, but not limited to, promising, offering, giving or receiving incentives for any crime of corruption, fraud or embezzlement, or in any material or other way.

Full compliance with the requirements of privacy and information security laws and legislation is ensured in the collection, use and other processing of personal information.

Supplier and Sub-manufacturer control

Our Company takes a cooperative approach to taking all reasonable and appropriate measures within its domain, including business partners, necessary for the implementation of the Customer and Company Code of Conduct.

Our company will seek to elaborate on the root causes of any negative impact on human rights. Within this framework, it creates the necessary management systems, policies and procedures, as well as effectively prevents and deals with all negative effects on human rights that can be detected in the supply chain.
